As the CEO of Abella and Associates Group LLC, she has honed her skills in transformative coaching, strategic consulting, and personalized strategies, empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential.
With a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law and a background as a law clerk for prosecutorial government agencies, Lita possesses a solid foundation in legal principles and mediation. Her expertise extends to delivering educational presentations on critical topics, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, and work-life balance strategies, demonstrating her dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Having served with the State Bar of California for over a decade in investigative and leadership roles, including her decade on the union executive board for SEIU Local 1000, DLC 850, Lita has demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of fairness, and tireless advocacy for workers’ rights. Her extensive experience with the Los Angeles Police Department, where she held various roles and achieved the rank of lieutenant as one of the first females and person of color, underscores her resilience, adaptability, and leadership under pressure.
Additionally, as a licensed private investigator and seasoned entrepreneur for 24 years, Lita brings a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail to the table. Her long-standing involvement in the fitness, health, and wellness industry, coupled with national certification as a fitness instructor, reflects her dedication to personal well-being and holistic growth.
